Senior Account Executive - BAE Systems (UK - Remote)
This Senior Account Executive role is responsible for setting and directing strategy for BAE Systems. It has a turnover of £18 billion and a substantial IT budget to drive its transformation, and Gartner has a strong executive engagement.
What you'll do:
Understanding of clients' business strategy, drivers, goals and initiatives and translating these into Gartner selling opportunities Establish and maintain executive relationships with clients to become the trusted advisor in all their primary locations Account management with the outcome of increased customer satisfaction and an increase in retention and account growth Working closely with Global Client Director for BAE Systems Quota responsibility Mastery and consistent execution of Gartner's sales methodology, products, and services Manage forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis What you'll need:
10+ years of direct sales experience - ideally within the IT sector (software, services, consulting, solutions), with evidence of prior success in sales Experience in managing and influencing C-level and senior-level relationships within large enterprises Proven experience in building excellent client relationships, offering value-added, insightful and strategic insight into their business Experience in selling to Defense/Automotive/Manufacturing or another relevant sectors is an advantage but not mandatory Proficient in account planning and understanding of territory management Experience in full lifecycle of the sales process Fluent in English Strong computer proficiency and presentation skills What's in it for you:
