With 7 million people using our services worldwide, and a target of reaching 100 million within three-years, our marketing organization is mission critical to the future success of our company.
To meet this acceleration in customer demand we have a strategic priority to grow our network of locations from 3,500 to 20,000+ through partnering with new franchisees and property owners. We need a marketing programme that is considered as world-class by any standard, across any industry, using companies such as Salesforce, McDonalds and PwC as our benchmarks.
We know we need to deliver a complete transformation of our approach to marketing to new franchisees and property owners to achieve this, and are seeking a world-class, highly creative, commercial and inspirational marketing professional to deliver the change needed.
Design and deliver global marketing programmes that recruit new partnerships with franchisees and property owners.

The Head of Marketing, Network Growth is responsible for:
1.Spreading the word in the franchise market. franchising drives our ability to meet customer demand. We aim to become known as a leading global franchisor, placing us as a peer to McDonalds, Hilton, Starbucks and others. Entrepreneurs, franchisees of other businesses and investors from every corner of the world need to be made aware of our franchise model, commercial returns and success stories so they can partner with us to deliver our growth.
2.Ensuring every property owner worldwide is aware of our proposition: there are millions of property owners worldwide, all of which are potential partners for us and our franchisees. We need every single property owner to see our model as a reliable, high quality and simple way of commercializing their assets, so we become the preferred partner by the entire industry.
This is a broad position operating at the heart of our business:
Scope: brand positioning to franchisees and property owners, creative execution, content creation, PR, social media, events management, partnerships, and advertising. Brands: IWG and all operating, including Regus and Spaces Key relationships: Chief Investment Officer, Global Franchise Development Director, Group Marketing Director Budget: £5m to £10m per annum
Candidate Profile We are seeking a highly creative, execution-focused leader with deep marketing expertise, and who is used to working in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will have an eye for design and style quality, knows how to engage people through marketing activity, can demonstrate world-class delivery and performance, and is motivated about taking us to the next level. Experience in the real estate and/or franchising markets is highly desirable.
